Ingredients
- 540g Oreo cookies
- 130g cream cheese
Instructions
- Separate the cream filling from the Oreo cookies.
- Roll the Oreo cream into 1-inch or 1/2 inch balls.
- In a blender, finely blend the cookies, then gradually add the cream cheese and blend until a firm dough forms.
- Flatten the Oreo dough using your palm or a rolling pin, then place a cream ball in the center.
- Use a mooncake mold to press down and shape the dough into mooncakes.
- Refrigerate for 3-4 hours to let them firm up before serving.
