Ingredients
- 10 shrimp, peeled
- 3 cups shredded cabbage
- 2 avocados, sliced
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 cup chicken stock
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Sesame seeds, for garnish
- Cooking oil
Instructions
- Season the shrimp with salt and pepper.
- In a pan, heat a little cooking oil and sear the shrimp until cooked through, then set aside.
- In the same pan, add the shredded cabbage and cook until slightly softened. Pour in the chicken stock, cover, and let it steam for 2–3 minutes.
- Add the cooked shrimp and sliced avocado, then cover and cook for another 2–3 minutes.
- Garnish with sesame seeds and enjoy!
