Chicken Musubi

Ingredients

  • 3 rice papers
  • 3 chicken thighs/breasts
  • 1 cup kimchi
  • 1 cup rice
  • 6 seaweed sheets
  • cooking oil
    Marinade
  • 1 cup gochujang sauce
  • 1 tbsp garlic
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil

Instructions

  1. Marinate the chicken in the gochujang sauce for at least 30 minutes, longer for better flavor.
  2. Air fry the chicken at 375°F for 20 minutes or until fully cooked.
  3. Assemble the musubi by layering rice, kimchi, and chicken and seaweed sheets, then wrapping it with rice paper.
  4. Fry the musubi in cooking oil until the rice paper wrap turns golden and crispy.
  5. Let it cool slightly, then enjoy immediately!
