Ingredients
- 1 pack Buldak Carbonara Ramen
- 1 tbsp mayo
- 1 tbsp tom yum paste
- 1 tbsp fish sauce
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1 cup boiling water or chicken broth
- 4 cherry tomatoes
- 1 lime
- Cilantro, scallions, and fried onions for garnish
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the Buldak seasoning with mayo, tom yum paste, and fish sauce.
- Pour in the coconut milk and stir until smooth, then add the boiling water or chicken broth, mixing until fully combined.
- Add the cooked ramen to the bowl and top with cherry tomatoes, a squeeze of lime, cilantro, scallions, and fried onions. Serve hot and enjoy!
