Ingredients
- 1 pack of your favorite ramen
- 6-8 chicken soup dumplings
- 1 egg, whisked
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 shallot, finely diced
- 1 tbsp chopped scallions
- 1 tbsp curry paste
- Ramen seasoning packet
- 1.5 cups chicken stock
- Drizzle of chili oil
Instructions
- Heat a pot with a drizzle of cooking oil. Sauté the garlic, shallot, and scallions until fragrant.
- Stir in the curry paste and ramen seasoning packet, then pour in the chicken stock.
- Bring the mixture to a simmer and add the instant noodles.
- Arrange the dumplings on top of the noodles, cover with a lid, and boil for 3-5 minutes.
- Remove the lid, pour in the whisked egg, and let it cook for an additional 3 minutes.
- Serve hot, garnished with chili oil and extra scallions.
