Dumpling Noodle

Ingredients

  • 1 pack of your favorite ramen
  • 6-8 chicken soup dumplings
  • 1 egg, whisked
  • 1 tbsp minced garlic
  • 1 shallot, finely diced
  • 1 tbsp chopped scallions
  • 1 tbsp curry paste
  • Ramen seasoning packet
  • 1.5 cups chicken stock
  • Drizzle of chili oil

Instructions

  1. Heat a pot with a drizzle of cooking oil. Sauté the garlic, shallot, and scallions until fragrant.
  2. Stir in the curry paste and ramen seasoning packet, then pour in the chicken stock.
  3. Bring the mixture to a simmer and add the instant noodles.
  4. Arrange the dumplings on top of the noodles, cover with a lid, and boil for 3-5 minutes.
  5. Remove the lid, pour in the whisked egg, and let it cook for an additional 3 minutes.
  6. Serve hot, garnished with chili oil and extra scallions.
