Ingredients
- 8-10 baby corns
- 1 king oyster mushroom
- 1/4 carrot
- 2 bok choy
- Frozen string beans, thawed
- 1/2 bell pepper
- 10-12 potstickers
- Salt and pepper, to taste
-Sesame seeds
-1/4 cup water
Sauce: - 1 tbsp light soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp Shaoxing wine
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
Instructions
- Heat a nonstick pan over medium heat with some oil. Add the frozen dumplings and water,
then cook until the bottoms are crispy. Set aside. - Heat a wok over high heat and add cooking oil.
- First, stir-fry the mushrooms, then add carrots, string beans, bell pepper, and cook until
softened. - Add the baby corns and bok choy, then stir in the sauce. Stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes until
everything is well combined and softened. - Add the dumplings back into the wok and stir-fry everything together for another minute.
- Serve, and garnish with sesame seeds!
