Honey Garlic Chicken

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skin-on chicken thighs
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • Garlic (use generously)
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp shallot sauce
  • 2 tbsp chili sauce
  • Cornstarch (for coating the chicken)
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)
  • Neutral cooking oil

Instructions

  1. Pat the chicken dry and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Coat the chicken evenly with cornstarch.
  3. Heat 2 tablespoons of neutral oil in a pan over high heat. Cook the chicken until the skin is crispy.
  4. In a separate pan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the garlic and cook until fragrant.
  5. Stir in the soy sauce, shallot sauce, chili sauce, and honey until well combined.
  6. Add the crispy chicken to the sauce, coating it thoroughly.
