Ingredients
- 1 large napa cabbage
- Fried tofu
- Carrots
- King oyster mushrooms
- Enoki mushrooms
- Bean sprouts
- Imitation crab sticks
- Scallions
- Thinly sliced beef
- Dashi broth
- Satay dipping sauce
Instructions
- Core the cabbage and remove the outer leaves carefully. Blanch the cabbage leaves in boiling water for about 2-3 minutes until they are pliable. Set aside to cool.
- Take a cabbage leaf and place a small portion of each ingredient in the center. Roll the cabbage leaf tightly around the filling and repeat the process.
- In a large pot, arrange the rolled cabbage rolls neatly in a circular pattern.
- Pour the dashi broth over the cabbage rolls in the pot and bring the broth to a boil over medium-high heat.
- Once the broth is boiling, reduce the heat to low and let the cabbage rolls simmer gently for about 20-25 minutes then enjoy!
