Ingredients
- 3 cups whole milk (or your preferred milk)
- 1 cup glutinous dessert rice balls (black sesame flavor)
- 1 cup sago
- 2 tbsp red bean paste
- 2 cups persimmons
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/4 cup pumpkin puree
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Heat the milk and in a pot over medium heat. Add the cinnamon stick, ground cinnamon, pumpkin puree, and vanilla extract. Stir until well combined and heated through. Then strain the mixture for a smooth consistency.
- Prepare the sago according to the package instructions.
- In a serving bowl, layer the cooked sago, diced persimmons, red bean paste, and glutinous dessert rice balls.
- Pour the warm pumpkin spice latte milk over the assembled ingredients.
- Mix gently until everything is combined and serve warm.
