Ingredients
- 1 pack GloryLand Pad Thai Noodles
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1/4 carrot, julienned
- 1/2 cup bean sprouts (plus extra for garnish)
- 2 scallions, chopped
- 2 eggs
- 5 shrimps (peeled and deveined)
- 1/4 cup scallops
- 1/4 cup chicken (thinly sliced)
- Salt & pepper, to taste
- Lime wedges and cilantro, for garnish
Instructions
- Boil noodles and set aside.
- Cook shrimp, scallops, and chicken in a hot wok, then set aside.
- Sauté garlic, carrot, and bean sprouts. Add cooked protein and noodles.
- Mix in GloryLand seasoning pack and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
- Garnish with extra bean sprouts, scallions, lime, and cilantro.
