Pork Belly Rice Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb pork belly, cut into thin strips
  • 2-3 slices of garlic
  • Scallion and ginger, for rubbing
  • 1/2 cup Suntory All-Free
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp spicy seasoning or paprika
  • 1 pasteurized egg yolk

Instructions

  1. Marinate the pork belly in Suntory All-Free for 20-30 minutes, then pour over the sink and pat dry the pork belly.
  2. Rub the marinated pork belly with scallion, garlic, ginger, oyster sauce, salt, and paprika.
  3. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat and sear the pork belly until it turns golden brown on both sides, make sure the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  4. Remove from the pan and cut the pork belly into bite-sized pieces. Serve over rice.
  5. Top with an egg yolk and sliced scallions. Enjoy with a refreshing glass of Suntory All-Free.
