Ingredients
- 2 small pumpkins
- 480 ml whole milk
- 4 eggs
- 2 tbsp pumpkin puree
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon powder
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Clean the pumpkins and scoop out the seeds.
- In a saucepan, combine the milk, pumpkin puree, sugar, cinnamon powder, cinnamon stick, and vanilla extract. Bring to a gentle boil, then let it cool.
- Whisk the eggs and add them to the milk mixture once cooled.
- Strain the mixture for a smoother texture.
- Pour the milk mixture evenly into the two hollowed pumpkins.
- Steam for about 35 minutes or until the pudding has set. Enjoy warm!
