Pumpkin Milk Pudding

Ingredients

  • 2 small pumpkins
  • 480 ml whole milk
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 tbsp pumpkin puree
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon powder
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Clean the pumpkins and scoop out the seeds.
  2. In a saucepan, combine the milk, pumpkin puree, sugar, cinnamon powder, cinnamon stick, and vanilla extract. Bring to a gentle boil, then let it cool.
  3. Whisk the eggs and add them to the milk mixture once cooled.
  4. Strain the mixture for a smoother texture.
  5. Pour the milk mixture evenly into the two hollowed pumpkins.
  6. Steam for about 35 minutes or until the pudding has set. Enjoy warm!
