Rice Paper Shrimp Wrap

Ingredients

  • 1 rice paper
  • 1/2 cup rice
  • 4 peeled shrimps
  • 1 seaweed sheet
  • 1 omelette
  • 2 slices cucumber
  • 1/2 avocado
  • sesame seeds
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp paprika
  • cooking oil

Instructions

  1. Marinate the shrimp with salt and paprika.
  2. Sear the shrimp until fully cooked through.
  3. To assemble, layer the rice, seaweed sheet, omelette, cucumber, avocado, and tightly wrap everything with the rice paper. Then, sprinkle some sesame seeds on the wrap.
  4. Heat some oil in a pan, then sear the wrap until the rice paper becomes crispy.
  5. Let it cool slightly, then enjoy immediately!
