Ricecooker Mushroom Salmon Rice

Ingredients

  • 1 cup rice
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup water
  • Assorted mushrooms
  • Edamame beans
  • 1 king salmon fillet
  • Furikake for garnish
  • Sesame seeds for garnish

Miso Marinade

  • 1 tbsp miso
  • 1/4 cup mirin
  • 2 tbsp ABC sweet soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp minced garlic
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil

Instructions

  1. Make the miso marinade and place the salmon fillet in
  2. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
  3. Wash the rice thoroughly, beat the egg and mix it into the washed rice until each grain is coated
  4. In a rice cooker, add the egg-coated rice, mushrooms and edamame beans
  5. Place the marinated salmon on top
  6. Pour the remaining marinade over the ingredients
  7. Add 1 cup of water to the pot
  8. Cook the rice according to your rice cooker’s instructions
  9. Fluff the rice, if the water ratio is right, there will be some scorched rice. Mix gently, and serve hot
