Ingredients
- Pasta of your choice (I use fusilli)
- 1 ribeye steak
- 14 shrimps
- Rosemary & thyme
- Salt and pepper
Sauce: - 8 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 shallot, diced
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup pasta water (adjust as needed)
- 2 tbsp gochujang sauce
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan
- 1/2 tbsp chili flakes
Instructions
- In a pot, bring water to a boil, add a generous amount of salt, and cook the pasta until it reaches your desired texture.
- Meanwhile, sear the shrimp in a pan and set aside.
- In the same pan, sauté the garlic and shallot, then add the heavy cream, pasta water, and gochujang sauce.
- Once the pasta is cooked, toss it into the sauce and mix thoroughly. Add the grated Parmesan and chili flakes toward the end.
- Sear the steak on the side, and serve it alongside the pasta and shrimp.
