Ingredients
- 1 crescent roll
- 1 sausage
- 2 mozzarella blocks
- Calbee Shrimp Chips
- 2 eggs
- 2 skewer sticks
- Cooking oil
- Ketchup, mustard, and sugar for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the sausages if they are not pre-cooked.
- Cut each sausage in half and thread onto a skewer. Add a mozzarella block to the other half of each skewer.
- Wrap each sausage and mozzarella skewer completely in crescent roll dough.
- Dip the wrapped skewers in beaten egg yolk, then coat thoroughly with Calbee chips.
- In a pan, heat cooking oil over medium-high heat. Fry the corn dogs until golden brown.
- Garnish with ketchup, mustard, and a sprinkle of sugar. Enjoy!
