Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 1 tbsp condensed milk
- 2 mangoes
- 1/4 cup sago
- 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 1 scoop mango passion fruit ice cream
Instructions
- Combine the milk and condensed milk, then pour the mixture into an ice mold and freeze for at least 4 hours to make milk ice.
- Blend the mango with sugar and lime juice in a blender to make mango puree.
- Place the milk ice cubes in a snow cone maker to create fluffy shaved ice.
- Layer the shaved ice with sago and freshly cut mangoes.
- Drizzle the mango puree over the fresh mangoes.
- Top with a scoop of mango ice cream and enjoy immediately.
