Ingredients
- 1 cup cooked sushi rice (or rice of your choice)
- Furikake seasoning
- 1 cup poke-style salmon
- 1 tbsp sriracha
- 1 tbsp Kewpie mayo
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- Scallions
- Sesame seeds
- Sour cream chips (optional)
- Seaweed sheets
Instructions
- On a sheet pan or in a rectangular lunchbox, layer the rice with all the ingredients.
- Serve with seaweed sheets and enjoy!
