No Bake Sushi

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cooked sushi rice (or rice of your choice)
  • Furikake seasoning
  • 1 cup poke-style salmon
  • 1 tbsp sriracha
  • 1 tbsp Kewpie mayo
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • Scallions
  • Sesame seeds
  • Sour cream chips (optional)
  • Seaweed sheets

Instructions

  1. On a sheet pan or in a rectangular lunchbox, layer the rice with all the ingredients.
  2. Serve with seaweed sheets and enjoy!
