Ingredients

  • 6 Meat Buns (Baos)
  • 26g grated parmesan
  • 40g neutral oil
  • 26g flour

Instructions

  1. Prepare the cheese crust mixture by mixing water, grated parmesan, oil, and flour in a bowl.
  2. Place frozen buns in a pan and pour the cheese mixture.
  3. Cook on medium heat for 10-15 minutes, monitoring the crust to prevent burning.
  4. Once the bottom is golden and crispy, serve and enjoy!
