Shin Ramen

Ingredients

  • 1 pack Shin Black
  • Pork belly fat
  • Scallions
  • 2 tbsp garlic
  • 1 cup kimchi
  • 2 pineapple sausages
  • 2 cups hot water
  • 1/4 cup rice cakes
  • 6 slices tofu
  • Enoki mushrooms
  • Green/red peppers
  • 1 slice cheddar cheese
  • 1 egg

Instructions

  1. In a pot over medium heat, cook the pork belly fat with scallions and garlic until fragrant and the fat is rendered.
  2. Add kimchi and stir-fry for 1-2 minutes.
  3. Add sausages and ramen seasoning, and stir-fry for another 2 minutes.
  4. Add hot water, then add the ramen and your preferred toppings. I used rice cakes, tofu, enoki mushrooms, peppers, cheese, and egg.
  5. Cover and cook until everything is ready.
