Ingredients
- 1 pack Shin Black
- Pork belly fat
- Scallions
- 2 tbsp garlic
- 1 cup kimchi
- 2 pineapple sausages
- 2 cups hot water
- 1/4 cup rice cakes
- 6 slices tofu
- Enoki mushrooms
- Green/red peppers
- 1 slice cheddar cheese
- 1 egg
Instructions
- In a pot over medium heat, cook the pork belly fat with scallions and garlic until fragrant and the fat is rendered.
- Add kimchi and stir-fry for 1-2 minutes.
- Add sausages and ramen seasoning, and stir-fry for another 2 minutes.
- Add hot water, then add the ramen and your preferred toppings. I used rice cakes, tofu, enoki mushrooms, peppers, cheese, and egg.
- Cover and cook until everything is ready.
