Summer Fruits Sando

Ingredients

  • 6 strawberries
  • 2 kiwis
  • 1 mango
  • 6 slices of soft white bread (shokupan)
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp sugar

Instructions

  1. In an electric mixer, pour the chilled heavy cream and whisk until stiff peaks form.
  2. Prepare the fruits and cut the crusts off the bread.
  3. Assemble the sandwich by spreading a generous layer of whipped cream on one side of a bread slice.
  4. Arrange the fruit on the whipped cream and press them gently into it.
  5. Add another layer of whipped cream over the fruits and top with another slice of bread, ensuring the slices stick well together.
  6. Chill the sandwiches in the fridge for 20-30 minutes. After chilling, cut the sandwiches diagonally to create two triangles and enjoy.
