Chicken Katsu

Ingredients

  • 1 boneless chicken thigh
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • Salt & pepper
  • Cabbage
  • Lemon slices
  • Mayo
  • Cooking oil

Instructions

  1. Beat the chicken until flattened.
  2. Season the chicken with salt and pepper, then coat it in flour, egg, and breadcrumbs.- In a pan, heat up the oil on medium-high and fry the chicken until golden brown and crispy.
  3. Serve with chopped cabbage, lemon wedges, and mayo. Enjoy with rice!
