Ingredients
- 2 slices of bread (I use shokupan – Japanese milk bread)
- 2 tbsp salted butter
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 2 tbsp Toom garlic spread
- Thyme and rosemary
- 2 square slices of mozzarella
Instructions
- Prepare the honey butter garlic topping.
- Slice the bread halfway in a square pattern, being careful not to cut all the way through. This will create bite-sized pieces that are easy to tear apart.
- Bake at 400°F for 10-13 minutes.
