Korean Mayak Egg

Ingredients

  • 5 eggs
  • 1 red onion
  • 3 garlics
  • scallions
  • 2 red chilies
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds
  • 150g soy sauce
  • 150g water

Instructions

  1. In a pot, add water and bring it to a boil. Then, add 5 egg and boil on medium low for 7 mins
  2. Transfer the eggs into a bowl with ice water. Then peel the eggs.
  3. To make the marinade, add all the above listed ingredients in a container and mix well
  4. Add the eggs into the marinade, then refrigerate overnight
