Ingredients
- 1 block of firm tofu
- 3 tbsp peanut butter
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp fish sauce
- 1/2 cup coconut milk
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tbsp red curry paste
- 2-3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 1-2 tbsp water
- 1-2 tbsp lime juice
- Scallions, cilantro, chili oil, and crushed peanuts for garnish
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Cooking oil
Instructions
- Cut the tofu into blocks and thread them onto skewers.
- In a pan over medium-high heat, sear the tofu until golden brown.
- Add the peanut sauce and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
- Garnish with scallions, cilantro, chili oil, and crushed peanuts before serving.
