Ingredients

• 2 SkyFlakes Crackers 
• 2 eggs 
• 1 ripe avocado 
• Salt and pepper, to taste 
• A squeeze of lemon juice 
• Cooking oil 

Instructions

1. Heat a bit of oil in a pan and cook the eggs sunny-side up. Once cooked, use a flower-shaped cookie cutter to cut the egg into a fun flower shape. Set aside. 
2. Mash the avocado in a bowl, season with salt, pepper, and a squeeze of lemon juice. 
3. Spread the mashed avocado over the SkyFlakes crackers, then gently place the egg flower on top. 
4. Serve immediately and enjoy this easy, fresh, and fun snack!
