Creamy Mango Sago

Ingredients

  • 1½ cups mango pudding 
  • 1 cup coconut pudding 
  • 1 cup nata de coco 
  • 2 cups fresh diced mango 
  • 2 cups cooked sago pearls 
  • 2 cups ice 
  • 2 tbsp condensed milk 

Mango Base

  • Blend together 2 cups organic mango juice blend, 1 cup kefir (for a tangy balance), 1 cup diced mango, and 1 cup ice until smooth. 

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, layer and combine all ingredients in the order listed. Pour in the blended mango base and stir well to incorporate. Serve chilled and enjoy this refreshing, tropical treat!
