Ingredients
- 5 ripe mangoes
- 2 boxes Simple Mills Honey Cinnamon Seed & Nut Flour Sweet Thins
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 4 tbsp condensed milk (put more or less depends on how sweet you want)
Instructions
- Dice 4 mangoes into cubes and thinly slice 1 mango for topping.
- In a blender, pulse 1 cup of the crackers until finely crushed, set aside for decorating.
- Using a stand mixer or hand mixer, whip the heavy cream and condensed milk together until stiff peaks form.
- In a baking dish, start layering: begin with a layer of crackers, followed by whipped cream, then mango cubes. Repeat the layers until the dish is filled. Finish with a layer of whipped cream on top.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight to allow the dessert to set.
- The next day, decorate with the sliced mangoes and a sprinkle of crushed crackers before serving.
