Ingredients:
- 1 Eggland’s Best Quiche
- 3 ripe mangoes
- 1 cup water
- 3 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp sugar (optional, to taste)
- Fresh mint leaves, for garnish
Instructions:
- Microwave the quiche for 3 minutes, or until heated through.
- While the quiche is warming, prepare the mango puree: blend two mangoes with water, lemon juice, and sugar until smooth. Set aside.
- Dice the remaining mango into small cubes.
- Once the quiche is ready, pour the mango puree over the top, sprinkle with fresh mango cubes, and garnish with mint leaves. Serve and enjoy!
