  1. In a saucepan, combine the whole milk, soy milk, and water. Heat over medium, stirring constantly until the mixture comes to a full boil.
  2. Once boiling, immediately remove from heat and quickly stir in the mango pudding powder until fully dissolved.
  3. Pour the mixture into your preferred mold or serving dishes right away.
  4. Let the pudding cool at room temperature for 10–15 minutes.
  5. Transfer to the refrigerator and chill for at least 4 hours, or until fully set.
  6. Enjoy chilled on its own or pair with fresh fruit or add it on as a dessert topping.
