- 1 cup whole milk
- 1 cup soy milk
- 1 cup water
Instructions:
- Note: This recipe uses a store-bought mango pudding mix, but with modified liquid ratios for a softer, creamier texture than what the package instructions typically yield.
- In a saucepan, combine the whole milk, soy milk, and water. Heat over medium, stirring constantly until the mixture comes to a full boil.
- Once boiling, immediately remove from heat and quickly stir in the mango pudding powder until fully dissolved.
- Pour the mixture into your preferred mold or serving dishes right away.
- Let the pudding cool at room temperature for 10–15 minutes.
- Transfer to the refrigerator and chill for at least 4 hours, or until fully set.
- Enjoy chilled on its own or pair with fresh fruit or add it on as a dessert topping.
