Ingredients:
- 2 cups plain yogurt
- 2 ripe mangoes, diced
- 2 tbsp honey
For the Matcha Dip:
- 2 tbsp matcha powder
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
Instructions:
- In a bowl, mix together the yogurt, honey, and diced mango.
- Pour the mixture into popsicle molds and freeze overnight.
- To prepare the matcha dip, melt the white chocolate and coconut oil together using a double boiler or in the microwave in 20-second intervals, stirring until smooth. Once melted, stir in the matcha powder until fully combined.
- Once the popsicles are fully frozen, remove them from the molds and dip each one into the matcha coating.
- Return the dipped popsicles to the freezer for another 15 minutes to allow the coating to set.
- Remove and enjoy your refreshing treat!
