Mango Pistachio HK Toast

Ingredients:

  • 1 ripe mango
  • 3 slices thick-cut white bread, crusts removed
  • 3 tbsp pistachio spread
  • Butter (for frying)
  • 1 tbsp crushed pistachios

For the Mango Purée:

  • 1 ripe mango
  • 1 cup mango kefir
  • 1 tbsp condensed milk

Instructions:

  1. Layer pistachio spread evenly between each slice of bread to form a layered stack. Press gently to secure.
  2. Heat butter in a pan over medium heat. Fry the toast on all sides until golden brown and crispy.
  3. Blend the mango, mango kefir, and condensed milk until smooth.
  4. Drizzle the mango purée over the fried toast, then sprinkle with crushed pistachios.
