Scallion Pancake Wrap

Ingredients:

  • 1 frozen scallion pancake
  • 1 egg
  • 2 leaves of lettuce
  • 1 Chinese sausage, cooked and sliced
  • 1 pack of ramen, cooked
  • Fresh cilantro and sliced scallions (for garnish)

Instructions:

  1. Whisk the egg in a small bowl.
  2. In a pan, cook the frozen scallion pancake until golden and crispy on both sides.
  3. Pour the whisked egg onto one side of the pancake, then flip it to cook the egg.
  4. Layer in the lettuce, cooked ramen, and sliced sausage.
  5. Garnish with cilantro and scallions, wrap it up, and enjoy!
