Ingredients
- 1 can tuna
- 1 pack Shin Ramen
- 1 tomato
- A handful of enoki mushrooms
- 1 egg
- Scallions, chopped
- 2 tbsp chili oil
Instructions
- In a pot, heat the chili oil and lightly stir-fry the tuna.
- Add all the ramen seasoning packets and stir-fry for another minute.
- Add the whole tomato.
- Place the dry ramen noodles on top.
- Pour in water (enough to cover the noodles) and bring to a boil.
- When almost done, add the enoki mushrooms and crack in the egg.
- Top with chopped scallions and enjoy!
