Canned Tuna Shin Ramen

Ingredients

  • 1 can tuna
  • 1 pack Shin Ramen
  • 1 tomato
  • A handful of enoki mushrooms
  • 1 egg
  • Scallions, chopped
  • 2 tbsp chili oil

Instructions

  1. In a pot, heat the chili oil and lightly stir-fry the tuna.
  2. Add all the ramen seasoning packets and stir-fry for another minute.
  3. Add the whole tomato.
  4. Place the dry ramen noodles on top.
  5. Pour in water (enough to cover the noodles) and bring to a boil.
  6. When almost done, add the enoki mushrooms and crack in the egg.
  7. Top with chopped scallions and enjoy!
