Ingredients
- 12 sheets rice paper
- 2 ripe mangoes
- 2 tbsp potato starch (lightly toasted)
- Lukewarm water (for soaking rice paper)
Instructions
- Stack 3 sheets of rice paper together and soak in lukewarm water until fully softened.
- Slice the mango vertically in half and remove the seed.
- Place one mango half onto the softened rice paper and wrap it tightly.
- Dust the wrapped mango with toasted potato starch to prevent sticking.
- Slice in half and serve.
