Jalapeño Poppers in the Air Fryer

Ingredients

  • 7 jalapeño peppers
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese
  • ¼ cup sour cream
  • 1 cup roasted corn
  • 4–5 slices bacon
  • 2 shallots
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • A sprinkle of Tajín
  • 3 tbsp BBQ sauce
  • Oil spray

Instructions

  1. Slice the jalapeños in half lengthwise and remove the seeds.
  2. Prepare the filling by mixing cream cheese, sour cream, roasted corn, bacon, shallots, cheddar cheese, salt, and pepper together.
  3. Stuff the jalapeño halves with the filling.
  4. Brush each stuffed jalapeño generously with BBQ sauce.
  5. Spray the air fryer basket lightly with oil, then cook the jalapeños at 400°F (200°C) for 15 minutes, until cooked through and slightly charred.
