Ingredients
- 2 bananas
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 cup sago pearls
- 1 cup milk
- 1/4 cup kefir
Instructions
- Slice the bananas and set aside. Cook the sago pearls according to package instructions.
- In a pan, melt the butter and brown sugar, then add the banana slices. Cook until caramelized.
- Add the cooked sago to the caramelized bananas and stir until well combined.
- Freeze the milk in an ice cube tray. Once frozen, shave into fluffy ice using a shaved ice machine.
- To serve, place the shaved milk ice in a bowl, drizzle kefir on top, then finish with the caramelized banana sago. Enjoy immediately!
