Ingredients
- 2 croissants
- 4 tbsp marinara sauce
- 1–2 tbsp mozzarella cheese
- 2 cherry tomatoes, sliced
- 3 slices Campo Grande Chorizo
- 3 slices Campo Grande Salchichón
- 4 fresh basil leaves
Instructions
- Heat a grill pan or cast-iron skillet. Place the croissants on the pan and press them down with a grill press (or a heavy pan) until flattened and the bottoms turn crispy.
- Spread marinara sauce over each croissant, then layer on the mozzarella, chorizo, salchichón, tomatoes, and basil.
- Cover and cook for another 2–3 minutes, until the cheese is melted and everything is warmed through.Serve immediately and enjoy!
