Ingredients
- 1 pack of buldak noodles
- 1 tbsp mayo
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 tbsp siracha
- 2 tbsp boiled noodles water
- Scallions and toasted sesame seeds for garnish
Gochujang Sauce
- 2 tbsp gochujang (Korean chili paste)
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp honey or brown sugar
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar (or apple cider vinegar)
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1-2 tsp minced garlic (optional but recommended)
- 2-3 tbsp water (to thin, adjust for desired sauce consistency)
Instructions
- Cook noodles: Boil noodles, reserve 2 tbsp water, drain, then toss with mayo, egg yolk, and sriracha until coated.
- Make sauce: In a pan, mix gochujang, soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, sesame oil, garlic, and water; heat until smooth.
- Cook chicken: Air-fry or bake the chicken in the oven, then toss in the sauce.
- Assemble: Plate noodles, top with gochujang chicken, and garnish with scallions and sesame seeds.
