Ingredients
- 10 imitation crab sticks
- 20 seaweed strips
- 20 small rice paper sheets
- Oil spray
- 2 cups water
Dipping Sauce
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp sriracha
- 1 tbsp tobiko
- Squeeze of lemon juice
Instructions
- Cut the rice paper sheets into rectangles, about 1 x 2 inches.
- Slice the seaweed into thin 2-inch strips.
- Cut the imitation crab sticks into 1-inch pieces.
- Dip each piece of rice paper briefly in water to soften.
- Place a seaweed strip in the center of the rice paper, add a crab stick piece, then roll tightly.
- Preheat the air fryer to 385°F (195°C). Lightly spray the rolls with oil and cook for 15 minutes, flipping halfway through for even crispiness.
- While the rolls cook, prepare the dipping sauce by mixing mayonnaise, sriracha, tobiko, and a squeeze of lemon until well combined.
- Let the crispy rolls cool for a minute and enjoy immediately with the spicy tobiko mayo on the side.
