Sweet Potato Ghost Chips

Ingredients

  • 1 sweet potato
  • 4 tbsp butter, melted
  • Sugar, for sprinkling

Instructions

  1. Wash the sweet potato thoroughly and pat it dry.
  2. Using a mandoline, slice the sweet potato into very thin rounds.
  3. Working in batches, place the slices in the air fryer basket. Brush each batch with melted butter and lightly sprinkle with sugar.
  4. Air fry at 370°F for 10 minutes, then flip the slices and cook for an additional 3 minutes at 360°F until crisp and golden.
  5. Serve and enjoy right away for the best texture!
