Lazy 5mins Single Served Hotpot

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup napa cabbage leaf, chopped
  • 3 bok choy
  • 7 slices rice cakes
  • 2 dumplings
  • 1 tsp minced ginger
  • 1/2 cup glass noodles
  • 2 fried bean curd rolls
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp chili sauce
  • 1 tbsp fish sauce
  • 4-5 slices of frozen beef
  • A handful of enoki mushrooms
  • scallions
  • 400ml chicken broth

Instructions

  1. Soak the glass noodles in hot water, keeping them slightly firm. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a microwave-safe glass container, layer the cabbage, bok choy, rice cakes, dumplings, and minced ginger.
  3. Add the soy sauce, sesame oil, chili sauce and fish sauce.
  4. Place the glass noodles then place the frozen beef slices on top along with enoki mushrooms.
  5. Pour in the chicken broth and microwave on high for 5 minutes.
  6. Stir well, serve hot, and enjoy!
