Ingredients
- 1/4 cup napa cabbage leaf, chopped
- 3 bok choy
- 7 slices rice cakes
- 2 dumplings
- 1 tsp minced ginger
- 1/2 cup glass noodles
- 2 fried bean curd rolls
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp chili sauce
- 1 tbsp fish sauce
- 4-5 slices of frozen beef
- A handful of enoki mushrooms
- scallions
- 400ml chicken broth
Instructions
- Soak the glass noodles in hot water, keeping them slightly firm. Drain and set aside.
- In a microwave-safe glass container, layer the cabbage, bok choy, rice cakes, dumplings, and minced ginger.
- Add the soy sauce, sesame oil, chili sauce and fish sauce.
- Place the glass noodles then place the frozen beef slices on top along with enoki mushrooms.
- Pour in the chicken broth and microwave on high for 5 minutes.
- Stir well, serve hot, and enjoy!
