Seafood Boil in the Air Fryer

Ingredients

  • 10 tiger shrimp
  • 1 cup clams
  • 2 sausages, sliced
  • 1/2 ear of corn, cut into pieces
  • 4–5 baby potatoes
  • 4 lemon slices
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 tbsp paprika
  • 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
  • 1 tbsp shallot & herb seasoning
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp minced garlic
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

Instructions

  1. In a microwave-safe container, microwave the corn and potatoes for 5 minutes, or until partially cooked.
  2. In a bowl, combine the melted butter, paprika, Cajun seasoning, shallot & herb seasoning, salt, sugar, garlic, and lemon juice to create the Cajun sauce.
  3. In an air-fryer–safe tray or liner, add the clams, shrimp, sausages, corn, and potatoes. Pour the sauce over everything and toss well to ensure all ingredients are evenly coated.
  4. Air fry at 400°F for 15–20 minutes, stirring halfway through.
  5. Serve hot with lemon slices and enjoy!
