Ingredients
- 10 tiger shrimp
- 1 cup clams
- 2 sausages, sliced
- 1/2 ear of corn, cut into pieces
- 4–5 baby potatoes
- 4 lemon slices
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 tbsp paprika
- 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
- 1 tbsp shallot & herb seasoning
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
Instructions
- In a microwave-safe container, microwave the corn and potatoes for 5 minutes, or until partially cooked.
- In a bowl, combine the melted butter, paprika, Cajun seasoning, shallot & herb seasoning, salt, sugar, garlic, and lemon juice to create the Cajun sauce.
- In an air-fryer–safe tray or liner, add the clams, shrimp, sausages, corn, and potatoes. Pour the sauce over everything and toss well to ensure all ingredients are evenly coated.
- Air fry at 400°F for 15–20 minutes, stirring halfway through.
- Serve hot with lemon slices and enjoy!
