Ingredients
- 1 store-bought pizza dough
- 1 smoked pork or chicken sausage 2 tbsp marinara sauce
- 2 tbsp pumpkin purée
- 1 Italian sausage
- 3–4 mozzarella balls
- 5–6 slices of kabocha squash
- 1 sprig of rosemary
- Olive oil, for drizzling
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Flatten the pizza dough and spread a thin layer of marinara and pumpkin purée.
- Top with sliced sausages, mozzarella balls, kabocha slices, and rosemary. Season with salt, pepper, and a light drizzle of olive oil.
- Preheat the Solo Stove Pi Prime pizza oven while assembling your pizza.
- Bake the pizza for about 90 seconds, rotating as needed, until the crust is golden and the cheese is melted.
- Remove, slice, and enjoy!
