- 6 slices white bread
- 2 tbsp granulated sugar
- 2 tbsp cinnamon powder
- 3 tsp Aiya Culinary Grade Matcha Powder
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1/4 cup hot water
- 1 tbsp peanut butter

- Trim the crusts off the bread slices and flatten each one with a rolling pin.
- In a bowl, whisk together matcha powder, honey, hot water, and peanut butter until smooth to
- make the matcha paste.
- Spread a thin layer of matcha paste over each slice of bread, then roll them up tightly.
- Cut each roll into bite-sized pieces.
- In a bowl, mix together sugar and cinnamon, then toss the matcha rolls until evenly coated.
- Place the coated rolls on a baking tray and bake at 400°F for about 15 minutes, flipping halfway
- through for even crispiness.
- Let them cool slightly, then enjoy as a mini cinnamon roll cereal with milk or as a crunchy snack!
