Ingredients
- 1 cup sago
- 1 cup sweet potato balls
- 5 cups hot water
- 1 cup milk
- 2 tbsp cacao powder
- 1/2 cup milk chocolate
- 1/4 cup chocolate kefir
- 1/2 cup marshmallows
- Mint candy canes
Instructions
- In your rice cooker (Mine is Zojirushi), add the sago, sweet potato balls, and hot water. Cook on the regular rice setting.
- Once cooked, drain and set aside.
- In the same rice cooker, add the milk, cacao powder, milk chocolate, and chocolate kefir. Cook on the quick setting until everything is melted and smooth.
- Add the cooked sago and sweet potato balls back into the chocolate mixture.
- Swirl melted marshmallows around the inside of your serving cup.
- Pour in the hot chocolate, then top with chocolate chips and crushed mint candy canes. Enjoy!
