Crispy Salmon Sisig

Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb salmon trimmings or 2 salmon fillets
  • 2 Blue Circle Foods Salmon Sausages
  • 2 tbsp minced garlic
  • 1/4 cup chopped shallots
  • 1/4 cup chopped jalapeños
  • 1/4 cup diced red bell pepper
  • 2 tbsp fish sauce
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp Kewpie mayo
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 wedge of lime
  • Cooking oil

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a pan and cook the salmon trimmings until crispy; set aside.
  2. In the same pan, sauté the garlic, shallots, jalapeños, and red bell pepper until softened and fragrant.
  3. Add the salmon sausages and the crispy salmon back into the pan.
  4. Cook for 1–2 minutes, then add the fish sauce, soy sauce, Kewpie mayo, and oyster sauce. Stir-fry until everything is well-coated and fragrant.
  5. Finish with a squeeze of lime and serve warm with rice.
