Ingredients
- 1 King’s Hawaiian Sweet Roll
- 1 block salted butter
- 2 tbsp honey
- 5 tbsp minced garlic
- Fresh thyme and rosemary
- 4 square slices mozzarella
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix together the butter, honey, minced garlic, and herbs to create the honey garlic butter.
- Slice the King’s Hawaiian Sweet Roll in half horizontally. Spread the honey garlic butter evenly over the cut side. Using a knife, score the roll in a square pattern, being careful not to cut all the way through, this creates easy, pull-apart pieces.
- Top with mozzarella and bake at 400°F for 10–13 minutes, or until golden, bubbly, and fragrant.
